h bolster shimmie

i changed bolsters do to cracks in first one so here is the problem front wheels shimmie bad does not affect steering wheel or shaft as you would think i have gone from top to bottom with new replacement used same part #s for bolster to bolster i been told to lower tire psi in one a few pounds less,tighten top nut,replaced sector gears,moved gears 180 degrees.has any one gotten any solution?to this problem.thanks john

check both front rims to see if they are bent. one of my m's had a bad shimmy in road gear, rebuilt the whole bolster, bushings bearings, new worm and sector gear, still shimmied. rims seemed good. had a flat one day and put a spare on, shimmy was gone. rim had a slight bend in it. ah well, at least the front end got rebuilt.
