Serial numbers on F-20's

I have two F-20 frame located serial numbers to ask a question about. The first serial number is 27594 and the second is 30727. Could someone please tell me what years these tractors were produced and what color they were when they were introduced? I have been told that the 30727 was a charcoal gray tractor and was perhaps a 1934, but I sure don"t know. And the 27594 I always thought was red, but apparetly it must have been repainted at some point inasmuch as its frame serial number should have made it a charcoal gray as well, but could it have been one of those light gray-blue painted tractors originally? Is there a quick referene source to find this kind of info?

According to the serial numbers those were both built in 1935. All you have to do is scroll down the left side of the screen, go under "Research and Info" click the link and go from there.

hey thanks JJ......i see what you referred to, but where do i find what color they may have been painted when they left the factory?

All tractors were gray until November 1, 1936, those being 1937 model year tractors. Your will both be the same color gray.
