serial # F 30

I have a F 30 with the serial # FB 29370. This is the number stamped on the left hand frame.Yet all the info I find says there were only 29187 F 30s built. It is a 1939 model, but the number seems strange. It is very easy to read so I don't think I have misread it. The engine is stamped #29409. I understand some engines were used for power units so there would be more of just the engines.
 
serial numbers start with 501, not 001.


there always seems to be a few more made than what their records always showed. not only for the F-30, but for almost all models
 
right now isnt a good time for me to make any major purchaces. The economy state has hit my job and has me cut to 32 hour weeks. It puts a dent in my toy fund.

its not a WHOLE tractor, just a big part of one. i bought it for the rear wheels, and think im gonna take some prats off it and knock it in the head :?

maybe its just me, but whenever i click on somones profile it only lists the PM option, which doesnt even work. cant see your email addy on the profile link
