How do I remove the pulley from the pto shaft in the rear of a cub lowboy that operates the woods mower deck?

That should be a two piece Browning hub and pulley. Remove the three capscrews then thread two of them back into the threaded holes in the hub this will force the hub and pulley to seperate so the hub then can be removed.
