oil leak TA plunger 1486

I have oil pouring out around the plunger that works the TA up and down where the cable hooks to on my 1486. It looks like that there is a part that will screw out but I have never fooled with that and not sure if it will come out and maybe a o -ring out around the plunger gone bad. Just had the TA rebuilt six months ago.

The plug does screw out and entire valve can be pulled out. Trick is to get a wrench on it as it has just two flats if it is original equipment. Easy with the special wrench made for it, I made one. Plug has o-ring inside , thing here is the o-ring should be a nice soft one so I would get the correct one from CaseIH if possible. Then upon reassambly make sure snap ring on valve contacts nut when in direct drive and spool is fully pulled out when in TA.
