quack digger/cultivator

Having trouble getting this posted; i cannot use a plow in two of my fields because of excessive rocks. Wondering if use of a cultivator or quack digger will allow me to at least plant some alphalfa or clover. next question: where can i find a trip/tow cultivator in WI or IL?

e-manhunt: If it's that rocky, why till it at all. Spray it with Roundup the Brillion seed the Alfalfa.

Or use a disk rather than a digger. A digger will bring up the rocks unless they are big ones.

I did end up using Round up on one of my other fields, and killed the grasses dead--but they are laying there so thick I am not sure the seed will take.

i thought of discing the other fields, and may end up going that route. But really, these two fields are growing rocks to the point that anything i pull through is going to take a major beating.
