1968 IH 3444 3 Point

Is there a way to get the 3 point to have down pressure or am I just you know whaten into the wind.

There is no down pressure on 3pt on 3444. The only IH tractors that had down pressure were the 2pt models.

Nope, least not easily or using the existing hydraulic/hitch system. Only certian models had down pressure on the original two and three point hitches such as those with the external cylinder, for example 340, 460, 560, etc.
