wide front from 656 fit a 706 ?

I have a 656 wide front row crop tractor the ta,s acting up, and looking at a 706 with a narrow front, both gassers. cutting hay and ta was acting up,so it possable the front end swap would be easier than a ta right now.Can it work?i didn't look at the 706 much to see if they interchanged by sight . thanks

The 656 wide front MAY have lighter duty spindles than the 706, but other than that it should be a direct swap.

We had a wide and narrow front for our 706. When we got most of the planting done we would put the narrow front under it just for haying.

We loved it! My dad used to say that putting the narrow front under the 706 "made it just like a big M"

It was so much handier, manuverable, etc. We used it on a square baler and you could work between windrows, dodge bales etc, so much easier.

You might want to try it with the narrow front first before you decide to scrap the narrow.

Yes it will interchange with no problems.
