Identify IH 2-Row Planter on Fast Hitch

Can anyone identify the model of this planter ?

Do the 3 plates on the left go with this planter? It has the "star" type like the one on the right currently installed

Not sure what planter you have, looks like a 201, but not sure.

The plates on the left are Duplex plates, the planter has a POAX hopper installed, so no, they do not go together.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it's a 251.

Nope, not a 251. Don't know what model it is as I never seen one just like it before but I know for certain it is not a 251.
