Identify my M Distributor

Looking to replace the points ignition with electronic on my M. It has been converted from 6V to 12V neg ground at some point in the past.

Problem is the distributor has no markings on it that I can find, and it seems to be one of at least 3 possibilities.

(Hopefully) here is a real cruddy cellphone picture of it. Can you guys help me out with this?

I can get a better pic tomorrow evening if needed.

Guess I can't post a pic here, used to post often under this username a few years ago, must have gotten unregistered. Hopefully you can see it at : www.shutterfly.com/lightbox/view.sfly?fid=d0656bc0ba83b8a06d9889752d9a603c

If your distributor stands up vertical, it is a Delco. If it lays down horizontal, it is an IH.

I think the third possibility might be a Prestolite? I think it also lays down in a horizontal position. The Prestolite would be rare I think. Not real sure I have ever seen one on a Farmall.

Rusty: Do not remember ever seeing Prestolite IH distributor either but when I was having distributor problems fairly recently (probaly 3/4 years ago) my dealer told me he could get new Prestolite distributor. Could have been NOS that had been on shelf for years.
