H front dust seals and fan

these are two different questions.
-how do i remove the dust seals from the front axle?
-and the second is how do i remove the fan? i took out both the small bolts and the small tapered bolt but the bar that goes across the two large bolts, with springs, wont budge.

remove the drive pin from pump driver (dog bone) and it should come off. Dust shield is on the bottom of all the bearing and such, remove tha hub cap- then bearing retainer nut, from there it should all come off. clean and pack the bearings back on--dust shield,bearing spacer,felt washer,oil seal,bearing cone,bearing cup,felt washer retainer,grease retainer,wheel,grease retainer,bearing cap,bearing cone,bearing retainer washer,retainer nut,hub cap. hope that helps dan.

i just got the fan off all i had to do was get the crowbar out.
what i am talking about is the dust seal which is between the wheel assembly and the lower bolster + dirt deflector/shield. it doesnt want to come off and if i pry it i think that it might get damaged
