58 460 utility Gas. Whats it worth?

Guys,
I was wondering what my 460 is worth? Straight sheetmetal, IH loader, working T/A,gauges work, Dual remote hookup,quick hitch. Runs great just needs paint. Good rubber.I have so many projects going at once I might have to get rid of it.

Just as a guess I think you'd be into the 3500-5000 range depending on specifics and area.

In my book a 460U/loader is generally a nice buy for the money when you compare it to what it can do vs. 5-figure-costing 3-cylinder diesel tractors. 8)
 
Matt, thanks. Im really torn about getting rid of this tractor.That six really sounds sweet under load. All the steel I own is American. Ill take a Farmall or AC over a kubota anyday. I live in NJ, I dont know what kind of market is around for it. I know one thing that Im not selling this to be parted out!

I paid $2800 for my 58 460u 2 years ago. had a weak hyd pump no loader. straight but rough good tires. I think it is worth much more than that (to me anyway) Handy little tractor with alot of power! I'll never sell mine! In the process of repainting now for the RPRU in Madison WI.

You can also market "good rubber"...I think the rears are close to $1k to buy tires and tubes last time I looked at Miller.

I have sort of an odd size rear 16.9-24 IIRC. Big fat things that need fluid! :D
