Finally got everything straightened out with this tractor except the float seems like it either wants to not let gas in the carb or it won't stop it from coming in no matter how much I adjust it. The carb was rebuilt by someone about six months ago (before I bought it) and it would constantly overflow. The float doesn't have any gas in it when I take it apart so I assume the float itself can't be the problem. I read about setting the rubber tipped needle by hand on these and that didn't seem to help. Any ideas? I got the tractor running finally for about a minute and a half today because I let the carb fill up and then shut off the gas coming into the carb manually. When it fired up and I throttled it up to full speed, I cut the gas back on and it ran great for over a minute until I idled it down and it flooded out. I felt like maybe the float was getting hung up on the sides of the carb, but I think I have eliminated that as a problem, but I can't seem to get the float adjustment right... Help
