Jim I tryed your sugestion using copper wiring from the coil tower to ground and both coils did discharge,only for a moment.It semmed that the more I cranked the engine no spark.How often should the coil discharge a spark while cranking?
Both the pertronix and old coil were about the same temp to the touch during the test.
