I have purchased a new rear gasket/bushing (has the leather in it). Anyway, can someone tell me if I need to remove the old one out the back or the front of the piece that houses it? Also, do I just punch it out? And the new piece, should it be squeezed back in in a vice? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

For what it's worth, since I didn't get one word of advice, I worked it out myself. I see lots of folks asking the same old questions over and over i.e. "my tractor won't start", and the same people answer w/ the same advice (hope you guys have learned to copy and paste). This forum reminds me of a bunch of washer women in a laundry-mat.
