Farmall C oil pressure

I"m restoring a Super C. Sometime in the past the oil pressure line was redone with compression fittings. It seemed to work Ok, but the line was hopelessly twisted and wound around fittings.

Where can I get some of this tubing?

No. It's the line from the base of the oil filter that runs to the oil pressure guage. Thanks for your response.

If it is that small automotive type, there are kits available in most automotive parts houses for replacing the lines in cars.Even if different take the remains to a good helpful local auto parts guy. They should have what you need in stock.

You can probably get the copper tubing at Home Depot. Take a piece of the old tubing along so you get the correct size. It may be 1/4" od tubing. You can use compression fittings or double flare the tubing and use flare nuts on the tubing and change the exixting fittings to brass
45 degree flared fittings. Hal

Well. I see your replies that the oil pressure guage should be on the filter. My Super C has three holes in the instrument place: Ammeter, Oil Presure guage, and the light switch. The temp guage came to me mounted on top of the Touch Controls. Was the temp guage an aftermarket?

Ammeter, engine coolant temp gauge, and light switch in dash, hydraulic temp gauge (OPTIONAL) mounted over hyd levers, engine oil pressure gauge on filter base.

I think the Farmall A that I had sometime ago had the oil pressure gauge on the filter base and was easy to see. No tubing was needed. Hal

Originally it would have been the ammeter and the engine coolant temp gauge in the panel with the fuse and light switch. Oil presssure gauge would be mounted directly to the filter housing. The temp gauge above the T/C controls was for the temp of the hydraulic fluid.
