I won! Thanks for the help and suggestions. Some heat, some PB Blaster (I like this stuff) a porta power and a big hammer.
It's getting welded as I type this.

Well all righty then!

I'm with you on the PB Blaster. Been working rusty bolts for close to 25 years and I can pretty much tell you by looking what will come and what won't. PB Blaster is making a liar out of me.

The key is to give it time to work. Lots of guys just spritz a little on the bolt then go at it with a wrench. Bolt twists off, so that PB stuff ain't no %$#@ing good!!!

If I'm gonna take something apart I go at it with the PB can before I even go get the tools. A 30 minute soak seems to make a huge difference. Soaking it the night before, even better! Really stubborn bolts will come loose with repeated soakings over several days.
