I tried emailing them a while back about some NOS pistons they had and never received a reply either.
 
I emailed them a few different times and never received a responce. Gave me the feeling they didnt want my business so took it elsewere.
 
I haev tried for several years to buy form them and they usually don't answer bu twere moving a few years ago. They seem like nice people but I have never been successful in making a purchase.
 
I've had the same problems and bought my parts elsewhere. I bought two F-20 piston and sleeve kits from another supplier. Guess he really doesn't need the money that bad.
 
i tried a little over a year ago to buy some 650 diesel bearings from justin and when i finally got ahold of him he didn't have the time to bother with me. i would think that the prices that he asks for his parts that he wouldn't let anyone get away.
 

When I talked with them last fall, it sounded like their email is a spam magnet or something like that so they don't check it often for potential customers. I'd think a new email or better spam filter would be well worth it, but figured perhaps they're phone people anyway so I didn't suggest it.
