cub sickle bar belt

Going to Tractor Supply in the morning to try to match a belt for my sickle bar. It did not have one when I got it so I am going to try to measure around the pulleys to find one. Anyone know of the exact lenght or a part# for NAPA or some where. Thanks

Howdy Johnny G. To determine the length of the belt I think I would measure from the center of one pully to the center of the other. Multiply that number by two and add one half the circumference of each pully. rw

Or use a 3/8" or 1/2" rope and mark it. Better still do both. David................

mine didn't come with the pto pully or a belt. i got both at my local IH dealer.

There are 2 different belts, depending on which PTO pulley you have.
Early:
pulley 451536R1 belt 452197R1
21/32 width 46 1/4 outside circumference 13/32 depth
Late:
pulley 457291R1 belt 457292r1
21/32 width 45 1/2 outside circumference 13/32 depth

SemperFi: If your pulleys are the same as mine,(and mine came with the tractor) it should take a Gates #2360 belt !

It's a standard B43 belt if you have the 4-1/2" pulley.

I believe it's a B42 if you have the later 4" pulley.
