Is there a market for take off M rims?

I am looking to get some wider rims for running 14.9's. Are people out there looking for the take off rims? I know the fluid hurts a lot of them so I hope so.
I would just like to sell the old ones to help offset the cost of the new ones.
Thanks for the help.

Yes, unless the rims are totally rusted through, but even then they could be used to repair a similar rusted out rim.

Let us know where the rims are at.

If you advertise them DON'T call them M rims it cuts your market. Those drop center rims were also used on Cases and Deeres of the era, possible some others.

I am east of Janesville, WI. They are good rims with no rusted out holes. I actually have one set that I blasted and painted last summer to put the 14.9's on bc 14.9's came off the rims. Then after I blasted them I saw a stamp that said 11x38. OOPS!

There's no law says you have to have 12" wide rims for 14.9s. Lots of tractors are running them on 11" rims with no ill effects, and it doesn't look bad at all.

That said, throw 'em up in the picture ads section on this site if you want to sell them.

Here is a pic of the rims. Am I better off the sell the blasted and painted rims? I know I have at least $75 worth of primer and paint in these not to mention labor. Will I recieve this kind of premium?
Please email or call 262-949-9114 if you want would like to buy a set. I do not want to get in trouble for using a thread as a classified. That was not my intent when I started this. I was just trying to get a ballpark on if guys wanted them and how much they were worth.
