Drain plug location on 48 H for hyd oil

I Want to drain and renew the hyd fluid in my H, but cant be sure of where the drain plug is. Thanks
 
There should be a drain plug on the bottom of your liftall oil reservoir. If someone has put another system on, I wouldn’t know where the plug may be, but I’d look for the lowest point of the system.
 
If it has the original belly hydraulic pump, the drain plug is on the bottom - where the hose is coming out in this picture:

Found it. Mine comes off the bottom, and off to the R side, and I dont know why I didnt see it before. Thanks. NOW< What is the round slot for ON the bottom of the hyd resevour for. Dad had a 48 as this is also, and he used the cultivators and the #5 JD mower and #24 IHC picker, but I dont remember him ever useing that hole. He later had a IH blade for Uncle Ralphs 4 1 M that he bought and didnt use it then either
 
That hole that goes all the way through the bottom is for a tool that locks into it for lowering it out of the tractor to service... and also for raising it back up.

Someone had posted a picture of the tool here at one time, unfortunately I didn't save that one.
