460 fast hitch will not go down

I have a 460 that i have been working on for awhile now and have just got it to start and run very well. Now I cant get the fast hitch to go down... it will go up useing the either one of the two controls near the inside... any help would be great!!
 
ky's 861: There must be some hydraulic plumbing crossed between control valves and cylinder. Given the fact two different levers will raise it, I suspect one control valve it hooked to each side of cylinder. Then you have the fast hitch tele-a-depth control, which should control the hitch, however many of them no longer function as intended. Then you have the possibility the tele-a-depth control is connected and the draft control is unhooked or damaged.

I would suggest someone has had problems with the tele-a-depth control valve, did a plumbing nightmare trying to make it work without money, then gave up. You'll have to follow the plumbing from the cylinder to the control valves, be sure both lines are connected to the same valve. If the problem is the tele-a-depth control it either has to be repaired or replaced by a standard control valve. You can't just not use a tele-a-depth control valve, it either has to be working and coupled to the hitch or it has to be removed.

I know this sounds like a nightmare, but you are dealing with a nightmare.
