Hello all:
I just purchased a 1951(?)Super A from an old friend, who's father bought it new in southwest Michigan. The serial number plate is missing, so we are going on his father's memmory to date it. It runs pretty well as is, and the overall condition is very good. I'll learn how to post pictures eventually.
I'm looking forward to doing a little service work on it, but mainly I'll be using it for minor garden work and some snow removal. I'm sure this site will become a regular browsing spot for me as I start to diagnose its problems and try to keep this old gem alive and well.
