How much is an International I9 worth in Eastern Nebraska?

I have an IH [b:6370693b80]I9[/b:6370693b80] the runs good , fairly straight tractor, but the metal below the clutch housing is cracked. It is cast iron, so we welded it and has held since. What is the value of this tractor?[/quote]

It will need to have that replaced. A major issue. If the rubber is marginal, 800 max. with good rubber 1500 to 1800. JimN

That casting is very week when compared to Cockshuts or Olivers. Loaders will break them easily. Even in the last years of the 600-650, IH did not beef them up.

But is it worth anything since it is a I9. I know W9 's arren't worth that much, but I don't see to many I9's out there, or does it not matter?

From road maintenance to construction there were quite a few made and sold. They may not be as common as W series, but From what I can tell, the price is pretty much dependant on condition and engine status, as they are pricy to rebuild. JimN
