If you are asking how far up the cylinder the piston comes the answer is it depends on the piston. A flat top piston will stop about level with the top of the sleeve. Higher compression pistons will have a dome on them that extends above the top of the sleeve. There are some styles that have both a dome and a depression in the top of the piston.

Original dimensions of the engine are 4.4 inch bore and 5.5 inch stroke. If it has been overhauled before the bore may have been increased to 4.5 inches, going from 335 CID to 350 CID.
