B VERSUS BN WIDTH

I can't find a picture of the rear of a BN. What is the difference in the width of a BN versus a B?
On the BN is the left fender close to the rearend like on an A?
Thanks

8 inches. A BN is 8 inches narrower than a B. 4 inches on each side. The differential shaft housings on a B are 22 inches long, on a BN they are 18 inches long on each side. That is where the difference is.

On a BN the left fender is NOT against the differential like on an A. It is 18 inches from the differential.

As Red Dave said 8", 4 per side. It depends somewhat on what you call the rear end, but the fenders on an A, B or BN bolt to the inside faces of both the final drives, not to the transmission/differential housing.

I got apart from and and ahead of myself and hit the button too quickly.

The fenders bolt up to the OUTside of the flanges for that purpose on the final drives. On the A and the BN, the right-hand seat support bolts to the inside on some of the same holes. On the B, there is a separate right-hand seat support that bolts to the platform.
