D358 engine crank question

I have a 515 loader with a D358 which spun a main so I have been searching for another block and crank but does anyone know if there are any differences in the d358 that is say in a 3088 or a 782 cotton picker or 786 tractor for example? If the block and crank are basically the same in any application then I am good to go. If the crank is different in the loader app than in a teactor, I have to start over. Thanks.

Yep there the same . Just how bad is the block and the crank. Myself i would see if ya could line bore the block and turn the crank. Now if down time comes into play then finding a complet engine in running order and all ya have to do is maybe change the ft timing cover and rear plate and a oil pan and pickup then that's the way to go and the swap could be done in a couple days .

Thanks Vet! Well, the crank is actually toast and the line bore option is more expensive than getting a good block and crank. BUT, you answered my main concern so thanks a lot. I'm good to go. Found a good pull out in SW for $1300 ( I have to go pull it out) haha
