Super C (C20?) Plow Question

I believe I have a C-20 2 bottom fast hitch plow. How do I tell if it is indeed a C-20 plow? Where can I find good parts as reasonably as possible? I looked on the Case-IH web site and can't find this plow. Do I need to look under a different type or name for the plow. Appreciate the help.
 
Depends on which bottoms are on your plow. If it has Plow Chiefs or Super Chiefs parts are available from IH dealers. A picture will help a bunch. The C-20 is adjustable, has a large spring on top of beams and small hitch prongs. Email me and I will send you a pic of a C-20 tomorrow.

This is a C-20...

If it has plow chief bottoms you are SOL for moldboards, not sure on the point or share... if it has super chiefs.. you can get everything.. cost you roughly $150 - $200 / bottom to completely rebuild one... Depends on if you use IH or aftermarket parts and what all you need in addition to a shin, share, moldboard and landside or landside wearpad... Then there are coulter blades and coverboards...

Roosty, last time I checked plow chief moldboards were still available. Even slats. I got two new slats and a couple shins for my Plow chief slat bottom plows a couple years ago. They were made out of gold I reckon. Just one slat was 80 bucks and the other was 58.

Yep, I have a set of Plow Chief slat plows.

As of last week... NLA from CNH... Was looking to replace the one on my A-193... Unless there is an aftermarket alternative I am unaware of...
