350/450 Frame Weights fit a '44 Farmall H???????

Would frame weights from a Farmall 350/450 fit a '44 Farmall H???

If so, what would be the best to way to bolt on and what size bolts would be needed.

About how much does each weight weigh?

Thanks for advance for your answers.

I find that extremely unlikely. The 350/450 frame weights are designed to fit around and bolt to the bolster of those tractors. Your H bolster is quite a bit different. Your only choices are either front wheel weights or fabricating your own weight bracket.

Around 125 pounds each, 2 bolts each side 5/8 diameter course thread 4 inches long screw into threaded holes in bolster.

Those weights will fit a Stage II Super H (square front like 300/350) but highly doubt that they will fit a regular H frame.

Andrew, Chris, I never put any on a H, but have on a regular M. While the bolsters are not shaped the same on corners I think the mounting holes in bolster are there. IH sold the 350 type bolster later on as a replacement to use for H tractors built from sometime in 1944 on up.

Thats a good point i know the front ends will interchange, maybe weights too then... i guess it be a trial and error experience on the H
