Steering arm for Farmall SC

I have been searching for the center steering arm for the wide front on my SC. Mine got all twisted up when one wheel fell in a culvert wash-out while raking ditches. I have straightened so that it works but it is far from pretty. Does anyone know wher I can find a good one?

Yes,it is the original IH wide front. I don't have the part number but will try to get it.

Finally found a used one...After about a year of looking. Too bad someone wouldn't reproduce them.

Exactly. I though maybe I could find a new aftermarket arm. No such luck. Apparently there isn't enough demand.

Kind of had an idea that's what you''d find. I've been looking for ten years. Mine broke before I got it, and it was repaired with two pieces of rod welded to either side of it.

I have hunted for one for years. old and new style. I bought a new style off a trator that burned up in a barn. and I got an old style from a old IH dealership. I spoke to the man that owns OEM and tryed to get him to make one.He had a wide front end for sale a couple years ago. I asked him to look at the steering arm on it and see if he could make one. I don't think he felt there would be enough interest to make it worth his while. There was a article in the 2005 progessive farmer of a man out west that remodeled a super c and he had a machine shop make one for him that looked pretty original.Don't know the cost. Email me I can tell you another idea.
