F20 and Regular Wheel interchange?

Uh Oh

Hi all, will a set of round spoke wheels off and F20 fit the Rear of a farmall Regular? thanks!

The F-20 was billed as an improved Farmall when it first came out. The essential differences are:
four speeds instead of three, a different carb/manifold combo, and a worm steering gear in most F-20s (but not the first models, which had an enclosed gear that worked something like the steering on the Farmall). The original Farmall had, as I recall, 3 seat mounts over its life (two leaf spring, one coil spring). The F-20 spring mount looks like the late-model Farmall mount, but I don't think it is identical. My point in all this palaver is that there really isn't much difference between the two tractors, with the transmission being the major difference. Incidentally, I had an F-20 some years ago which had been fitted with a "Regular" manifold. It worked just fine, even if it didn't look "right."

Hey i greatly appreciate the info, that answered a lot of questions i hadnt even asked yet. again, thank you all
