hello all,i have a '52 h i'm parting out.it came with what i would call a disc plow that hung underneath the tractor mounted on a large steel frame that appears to have been raised/lowered with 2 hydraulic cylinders mounted horizontally.any idea what this contraption is called? looking to sell it cheap or to the scrapyard it goes.thanks for your time,revg62.

H/M 150. Used mostly in the south. Spend many days pulling a 3 disk 150 with an H in the 50's. Rear wheel is steered with a rod the runs to the front wheels.

Pulled one a bunch with an H in Southwest MO, and later we pulled it with an M. There were a lot of them in Southwest MO. I"ve had them hit a big rock and turn the H around side ways in the furrow.

The steel frame is the draw bar for the plow, the plow was attached to the axel brackets and a wishbone from the plow hooked to the drawbar with a big clevis.

did a little more research (thanks jimmy),i don't think it's an hm 150.this setup hung directly underneath the belly of the tractor with 1 large disc behind the front wheels.the 2 cylinders were mounted on the tractor itself & raised/lowered frame & disc.not a big deal, will try to post pics as i sort this out.thanks again,revg62.

We didn't have rocks, but if it hit a damp tough place, it would swing the rear end out. Those disks roll sideways very well. The only advantage I know of for those semi mounts is that you can back them up.
