230 hydraulic lines

I have a 230 and one of the hydraulic lines that goes from the front to back was cut and replaced with a hose years ago. I would like to fix it back right. These are not as common as the hydraulic lines on c ,super c. How are the lines held in the block and the manifold? can they be replaced?

They are either welded, or brazed into the manifold block. The weld will be tougher to clean up, the braze will come apart with heat. Be sure to use hydraulic system rated tubing W/O seams seamed tubing will split and drop equipment With no warning. A conduit bender may work. but it will be pushing its limits. Making a 3/8" rod template to satisfaction will be a must, Taking the template to a hydraulic shop to have tubing bent is far easier. JimN

Thanks for the info. I checked with a company that makes hyd. lines. they can make the tubes but don"t know if they can install in manifold. I did not get a price yet.
