Red Mist, SMTA no sale

Mike noticed the SMTA you posted about last week for $4800 didn"t get a bid on E.B.
One that was advertised as a no t/a SMTA or t/a delete sold for $2650. Serial number didn"t back that up though, it had a S suffix.

Of course there was no bid. That tractor was purchased the week before for 3950 and it has an M engine. SMTA or not that is waiting for an uninformed buyer at 4800.

Yes, I saw that it did not sell. I'm afraid the poor schnook who bought it at the auction paid way too much for it and is buried in it - not that I haven't made the same mistake myself on some things....
I try to watch the prices of H''s, M's, SH's, SM's and SMTA's on ebay. Some go cheap and some go high, but on the average, it seems to me that all but the SMTA's are a little stronger than "normal" at the moment. Of course, that may change when Spring comes and more machines appear for sale on ebay - who knows? I find the dynamics of collector markets very interesting.....
