Fast Hitch mower purchase- advice?

I have been looking for fast hitch stuff, and recently located at an upcoming auction, an item described as "IH 5ft fast hitch rotary mower"; I want to know if anyone has used these, and how did you like it? Anything I should know about mechanically looking it over at the auction? Would these just cut grasses, or are they used for light bushhogging as well? Any advice would be most appreciated. Tim, I can't say for sure as it may not even be an IH. Lots of other mower compnies made fast hitch mowers including Bush Hog. You will have to look at it to see how heavy it is made. Look for a stump jumper it is a round pan underneath that blades mount to. If it has that it will cut most anything. Most of them will do light bush hog type work
