For rooms within walking distance of the Red Power Roundup in Madison, Wi, this summer:

Sheraton Madison - You can look out your window on the west side and see the tractors. Alliant Center is across the street.

Clarion Suites - Walk 2 blocks and you are at the show.

Lots of other places to stay in the city, but these two are right at the action.

I am not associated with any hotels, but I will be there with my mighty H and #8 plow.

Whats the date of the show? Maybe the missus and I can make it,, we spent a night in madison at the doubletree.Nice place I am just glad the tour group I was driving paid for the room though..I will say that madison was the most miserable town I think I ever drove in, all one way streets,,,Jim
 
Tried to get a room at the Sheraton last week. They told me it was full already. Ended up at Doubletree.

The Alliant Center is located off the Beltway (Hwy 12 & 18), southern part of the city.

From I-90 at SE part of city, go west on #12 & 18, then north on John Nolen Pkwy for 1/2 mi.

From Iowa, take #151 to Madison, go east on #12 & 18 to John Nolen exit.

Don't go downtown if never been there, you will get lost. Get on Beltway. If you want fun at night, then go downtown, you won't care if you get lost.
