Can you still find McCormick-Deering WR-9's in a restorable condition?, if you can how much money would you pay if the tractor was in type 3 condition?
 
i am sure there are a number of wr-9's still out there, you would need to look in the southern states for them, those that produced rice. some may have filtered up to the northern states. depending on condition, look anywhere from 2-5 grand. parts are scarce, pistons and sleeves will run 1200 to 1500 if you can find them.
 
Just curious but where are you located Mike. I always thought the WR-9 looked at its best on steel. Can you post pictures of it?
