1066 cab cowl cover original with blanket

I have a IH 1066 with deluxe cab and looking for the cowl cover that covers the top and sides of sheetmetal around dash area. Looking for the original style with black rubber mat on top and thick mat on backside to insulate noise, all that I can find is vinyl foam type covers, used in cab kits, if any information on locating the original style or aftermarket that is close would be great. I'm looking at their latest catalog and I see a cowl cover for a 1066 part number AMIH66CC for $130.00.

I've ordered from these guys and really like them. When I get ready to restore my 1466, I'll be ordering plenty from them as they have quite a great selection.
