Waukasha F-12 engine parts

I just recently bought a F-12 tractor and with the deal I got a bunch of 12/14 parts and a mostly complete but stuck Waukasha engine for early F-12 tractors. The engine had been sitting ouside for a long time, but the block looks good so far, and the head was welded along time ago. The manifold has just enough left to make a pattern, and the carb is questionable if any good. Anybody looking or have a need for any parts for one of these? I plan on getting it dismantled eventually, but if someone needs parts I will move it up on the to do list. Also any body know approximate value if most of the parts end up being usable? The brass tag is also still intact, with a date of May 1933, I didn't catch the serial number, but it's readable. Thanks, Matt.

Matt, I would check the serial # The first F-12
with IH engine was May 23rd 1933 #FS3032. You may have one of the last Waukasha engines.
From Jan.11th 1933 #FS526 to May 23rd 1933 #FS3031 there were 2506 made with Waukasha engines. oldiron29

I know where one is sitting that I have tried over and over to buy. Guy won't sell it cause "it makes a nice yard ornament".

That's okay though, I'll never give up :)

I guy I get some of my parts from found one a while back. The people didn"t know what it was so he got a steel of a deal on it. Here is a picture.

Doug, Latly I have been in the lawn ornament
bussness. I have been pulling parts off tractors
to fix another and give it a quick shot of paint than give it to a guy for lawn ornament in exchange for his tractor that has more parts I
need. Lawn ornaments don't need alot of part to look good. oldiron29

All I have is the mostly complete waukasha engine. The tractor I bought is a 1935 with the IH engine. The tractor came with the extra waukasha engine, a no 90 parts plow, and two pick-up loads of other parts. I got the engine into the shop this morning and will start to dismantle it as I get time. The engine had sat outside for a very long time, and a few parts show it. I took the oil filter out, and it was still really oily so I have some hope the rotating parts are going to be better than first expected, but time will tell.
