Need More Help with Super C Rewiring

Does anyone have any hints as to how get the wires for the headlights from the box out to the arms for the headlights easily?

If you can pull the new wire in using the old wire being pulled out. If there is no wire, use a piece of electric fence wire or # 12 solid copper and push it in from the outside end. It has to be relatively straight. Tape the end of the #16 stranded light wire to the end and pull it back out. You probably will not be able to push a #16 stranded through the pipe. Electritians have a special flat wire puller made of spring steel with a built in hook in the end. If you can get you hands on one of those it will work best.
