Farmall 10 Questions

1. What is the normal pressure for the hydraulics on a Farmall 100?

2. There are two plugs on the hydraulic manifold where it bolts to the touch control reservoir. What is their purpose? Which one would I use to add a pressure guage to the system?

1. 15-40 psi at rest, 1100-1500 psi in motion under load. Over 1500, check the safety valve.

2. There's two bolts holding the manifold to the TC unit. There should be three plugs between them. The gauge is connected in place of the rear plug (1/4" NPT).

The rear plug can also be used in conjunction with an aftermarket bypass block to add auxiliary remote valves.

No Remote Valve. This is a stock unit.
I'm going to add a remote valve but was trying to understand the existing setup better.

Yep, my mistake, there are three bolts holding it to the block. But if it is the stock manifold with no remote, there should be three plugs with recessed hex-heads on the raised arc, two 1/4" at each end and a 1/8" in the middle.

It's still possible something has been patched or replaced over time. Either way, if you have a 1/4" plug that looks like it would pass through the rear pipe of the manifold, that would be the place for your gauge.
