Can someone tell me what the correct mounting is for the metal wire loom guide that is mounted between the dash and the clutch pedal.

There are two different styles, but both mount the same way.

That would be found in either the Cub Owner's Manual or the TC-37 series Parts Catalogs. This is the simplest and easiest way to find the info. Bob gave you good info.. Tom's gallery is a good reference as well.
