IHC2444 Wiring Diagram

Hi All,
The Wiring in my 2444 is a mess so it is time to clean it up/replace it all. I drew up a basic schematic (attached) of my start/charge/ignition/basic functions. I was hoping a couple of you electrical types could critique it for me. I want to make sure I got the regulator and charge light etc all wired in correctly. Also does any one know where to get a proper ballast resistor for the coil?
