Getting ready to repair the TA in my 300 Row Crop. Does anyone have a repair manual for sale or can recommend where to get one. Also, what is the difference in a I&T Manual and a Service Manual? I see them listed both ways. Thanks, Dan...

I&T manuals are repair manuals, put out by an outfit called InterTec. A lot of their content for IHs (my only experience with them) is taken straight from the IH manuals, so there is a lot of overlap. Where an IH manual typically covers only one or two tractors, the I&Ts will cover several, so sometimes one needs to be careful that what one is reading hs to do with the tractor in front of them and that there isn't an exception noted somewhere. That said, I've found it useful to have both the IH and the I&T in my little library, as each has little nuggets here and there that the other doesn't that can prove handy.
 
I purchased a DVD that covered from the SMTA and the 300, 400, 460, 560 and 656TA. It helped me to better understand what was in the IT manual. The most important piece of information I found was to remove the bottom center bolt, that is inside the T/A housing. Otherwise I thought it was overpriced. I think I ordered it from this site. I could sell it for 1/2 price. E-mail me if interested.
 
Thanks guys. I think I'll check into the IT manual. I just checked the manual I have for Minneapolis Moline and it's an IT. It seems to be fine for what I want so I'll probably give it a try. Thanks for the input. Dan
