Would anyone know where to get the tool for the spanner nut on a torque amplifier.Models like 460,560.Would it be a socket similar to the older 4x4 truck spindles. Thanks for any advise.

I have one and only one and it does not leave my sight . Sorry . That another one of the things that i should start having made and selling .

Yes the end that goes in the nut is similar to the 4 wheel ones. I made one a long time ago from a short piece of 3.5 tubing 3/16 or 1/4 wall, can't remember. Notched the end to fit nut, helps to have a nut off for pattern. Welded plate on other end and made a 1/2 inch square hole in middle of plate. It has held up pretty good but just last year I welded a piece of old 1/2 drive impact socket in plate because the 1/2 hole in plate was rounding out. I find a lot of nuts have had the hammer and chisel treatment and the slots in nut are damaged. Could give measurements if needed.
