I have bought a old M that will be using to mow with and the previous owner had no alt or wiring to speak of. Just a 12 volt battery to operate the starter and a wire from battery post to coil. and then pulled the cable off when not in use and charged the battery once in a while.
I want to know what is the best way to put and alt. on it and a simple wiring diagram without lights, just battery, alt. starter, and amp guage. Any help would be appreciated.
