47 m still jumping out 5th

Hi. Son and i need to get more info on trans. Changed pilot bearing it was bad put it back together and some better but still jumping out.Thanks for your help getting this far. Whats next???

You're fixing to get a lesson in changing 5th gear - or the 4-5 sliding gear.
I've never done it; never had to (PTL!), but I'm sure others here will tell you how to get started. Best of luck. mike

There are many "how-to" posts in the archives. It can be done W/o splitting. THe top does need to come off. JimN
