Farmall F12 Value

I found an f12 on craigslist for 500 bucks it looks very good other than it has no tires. I was wondering what a run of the Mill f12 is worth. it looks good and appears to be complete other than front wheel, which the owner may have and back tires.

Unless it has rare parts on it (electrics, road gear, wide front, high speed gearset in the trans) that's too much for a tractor that'll need nearly $1000 worth of tires and Lord only knows what for the engine.

Does it run?? Is the engine locked up?? If it runs maybe it would be worth that much but that would still be about top dollar. If it does not run and the engine is locked up it is more like $200-300 depending on how good the wheels are
