A block/head interchage-ability with other series?

Can anyone direct me to a source of info on the interchange-ability of the block and head for the Farmall A with engines from other series like the B, C, 140, etc.? Thanks.

Mike: All A, B, SA, SC, 100, 200, 130 and 230 will work. Some of those you can not exchange some internal engine parts.

140 and 240 are another matter. They use a fan hub water pump and are not drilled for your fan.
