Well I guess I should have posted pics of the whole drive line.
Had my neighbor come over to look and we still could not figure it out until he questioned this. I had already started to take it apart when I took the photo.
Anyway this is the wrong way to hook it up. It looks nice.

Thanks for all the troubleshooting tips

good thing it was nothing major!!!!! glad ya got er back together. still got that 150 in small unmarked bills if you ever get scared of that h, i"d take it off yer hands for ya!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
geez gordo, you blew me out of the water with that bid!!!!! ah well it saves me a trip to nebraska to pick it up. be sure randy gives you a full tank 'o gas with that tractor!!!!!
 
Yeah, but how many more bolts does he have in there upside down and backwards? :)
I had a little trouble getting my H engine running after total rebuild. Did a compression check and had 0 on all cyls. Figured I had a bad gauge and tossed it and bought a new one. Still zero! Realized at that point I didn't set the valves on the new head!
Went and retrieved the old gauge from the scrap bin, and returned the new one!

The sad thing is I had all the pis of my tear down on my web page to refer to. :lol:

But I don't have internet in the shop, I may have to figure a way to get it out there.
